1. Donation Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a donation that you have made to Bombay Teen Challenge at any time within 30 (thirty) days of the donation date. To request a cancellation, please contact us using the details provided below.
If a cancellation request is made after 30 days, Bombay Teen Challenge will consider the request and may approve a refund only if the donated funds have not yet been allocated or used for a charitable project. We reserve the right to decline cancellation or refund requests if the funds have already been applied to charitable activities.
2. Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your donation for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 (thirty) days from the date of payment. Bombay Teen Challenge will refund your donation provided that:

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Please note that administrative or bank charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.

Upon successful processing of your donation, you will receive an official receipt via:

Receipts are typically issued within 3–5 working days from the date of donation. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate at the time of donation to avoid delays in receipt issuance.
